METANOIA: The Journey of Self Healing

Have you ever experienced an anxiety/panic attack? Have you ever felt trapped in your own mind? Have you ever looked in the mirror and not recognized the reflection staring back at you?

METANOIA explores what it means to not only fear ourselves, but to heal ourselves. Our minds are simultaneously our biggest assets and our biggest obstacles, so they often feel impossible to control. How do we address this duality? Can we really learn to accept all parts of ourselves? Devised through movement, music, and personal experiences, METANOIA illustrates the experience of feeling trapped and at-war in your own mind. Even in times of darkness, you can always find the light; but first, you must find self-acceptance.
